Some people aren't confident about their talents until someone else recognize them.THey wait and wait and wait....for others to tell them they've done a good job. But why wait? deep down insie you know when you've gone that extra mile or achieved a goal you never thought you would. So instead of waiting for an outsider to recognize your talents, give yourslef a pat on the back and say "Congratulation to me!"
